I'm Dash! 

I'm a Longnose Butterflyfish from Hook Island in the Whitsundays.

You'll usually spot me weaving through the coral with my long nose, searching for tiny little snacks hidden where nobody else can reach. It's kind of my superpower.

Every afternoon I like to play hide-and-seek around the coral bommies. The bigger fish swim straight past, but I know all the best little shortcuts.

Sometimes I'll race a turtle for a few metres... they always win. I tell everyone I let them.

When the sun starts sparkling across the water, I find my favourite patch of reef, watch the schools of fish drift by, and wonder where they're all off to in such a hurry.

Life's pretty good here. Crystal-clear water, colourful coral, and a new adventure waiting around every corner.
