1. SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Service Area
We ship across Australia, including all major cities and regional areas. Some very remote locations (such as parts of the outback or remote islands) may require special shipping arrangements. Free shipping offers, including promotional free shipping, may not apply to remote or very remote areas at any time. If your delivery address is considered remote, we will contact you to discuss available options and any additional costs before dispatch.
Shipping Method
We use trusted Australian couriers, including Australia Post and other reputable carriers. All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Free Shipping (Promotional Periods Only)
Free shipping may be offered during selected promotional periods. Where applicable, this will be clearly advertised on our website at the time of purchase. Free shipping offers do not apply to remote or very remote areas unless explicitly stated.
Standard Shipping
Outside of promotional periods, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, artwork size, and courier requirements.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available by request only.

Remote Areas
Some very remote locations may incur additional shipping charges regardless of any free shipping offers. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to confirm costs and options before proceeding.
3. PROCESSING TIME
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If there are any delays, you will be notified via email.
Commissioned Artworks
Commissioned artworks require additional creation time prior to dispatch. Timeframes vary depending on size and complexity and will be discussed with you during the commission process.
4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier services, and external factors.
Standard Delivery (Estimated):

Metropolitan areas: 5–7 business days

Regional areas: 7–10 business days

Remote areas: up to 14 business days
Express Delivery (Estimated):

Timeframes will vary based on location and courier availability and will be confirmed when your express shipping quote is provided.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the courier’s system after dispatch.
6. PACKAGING
All original artworks are packaged with great care to ensure safe delivery.

High-quality protective materials such as bubble wrap, acid-free tissue paper, and sturdy boxes are used

Framed artworks receive additional protection, particularly around corners and edges
7. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Damaged Artworks
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at

Clear photographs of the damage (including packaging)
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
Lost Shipments
If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to locate it. If the shipment cannot be recovered, a replacement or refund will be provided where appropriate.
8. CHANGING YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
9. PO BOXES
Due to the size and nature of original artworks, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.
