Can I request a commission painting?
Yes ā I accept a limited number of commission requests each year.
Each commission is an original, one-of-a-kind piece and cannot be an exact copy of previous artworks.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your commission, with the balance due upon completion, prior to postage.

Do you offer prints?
No, I do not currently offer prints.
All artworks are original and one of a kind, making each piece more authentic and deeply personal to the individual who owns it.
Does the painting come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. All original artworks come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
Each certificate is handwritten for a personal touch and includes the artistās name, artwork title, medium, dimensions, artist signature, and date. This confirms the artwork is an original, one-of-a-kind piece, created and finished by hand in Australia.
How much is postage?
At this time, Iām pleased to offer free Australia-wide shipping on all artworks.
When this offer ends, postage costs will be calculated based on your location, artwork size, and framing, and will be shown at checkout or quoted separately for larger pieces.
For commissioned artworks, postage is included in the final price, unless otherwise stated.
At present, I do not ship outside of Australia.
Do you offer International postage?
At this time, I do not offer international shipping.
All artworks are shipped within Australia only.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, updates will be shared on the website.
How long does It take to receive my order?
Orders are carefully packed and usually dispatched within 3ā5 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1ā2 weeks, depending on your location and courier services. Regional and remote areas may take slightly longer.
All orders are sent with signature required on delivery. Please note that this may cause delays if the receiver is not available at the time of delivery.
Tracking details will be provided once your artwork has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside my control.
I change my delivery address
Yes ā you may request a postage address change before your order has been dispatched.
Please contact me as soon as possible with the updated details. Once an artwork has been packaged or shipped, address changes may not be possible.
If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the artwork has already been posted, Iām unable to take responsibility for delivery delays, redirection fees, or loss. Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I request a refund?
Because each artwork is handmade and one-of-a-kind, refunds or returns for change of mind are not offered.
Please choose your artwork carefully. Youāre welcome to request additional photos or details via email prior to purchase to help ensure the piece is right for you.
If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery of signature on arrival, including clear photos of the packaging and artwork, so I can assist promptly.
For commissioned artworks, a non-refundable deposit is required once work has commenced, as each piece is created specifically for you.
This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is faulty, damaged.
Where are your products made?
Every painting is lovingly handmade in Australia.
I use Australian-made canvas, sustainably sourced Australian timber and pine frames, and premium acrylic paints sourced locally.
Each piece is carefully created, painted, and finished by hand, with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and supporting local suppliers.
