Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through this website. As an Australian business, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides guarantees that goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and accurately described. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the ACL.

1. Change-of-Mind Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique and original nature of the artworks sold, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully when purchasing original art.

2. Damaged Items in Transit

All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped with insurance. If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel to allow us to make a claim through Australia Post (or the relevant courier).

To lodge a damage claim, please email us with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the damaged artwork
A description of the damage
The date the parcel was received

Claims lodged after 24 hours may not be eligible under Australia Post’s insurance terms, and we may be unable to assist.

3. Returns (When approved)

If a return is approved,

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The return must be sent using the courier selected by the artist within 14 days and must include:
- Full transit insurance, and
- Signature on delivery with postal tracking
Items must be packaged securely in the original packaging (or equivalent extra protective materials) to prevent further damage in transit.
