🐡 Hey, I'm Puff... and this little bloke beside me is Bubbles.
Every morning we cruise around the reef looking for little crabs, snails and shellfish... they're our favourite breakfast.
I've been teaching Bubbles all the important pufferfish things... where to find the tastiest snacks, how to stay out of trouble, and, most importantly...How to puff up.
He'd suck in a big gulp of water... wiggle around a bit... and somehow end up looking exactly the same....Then one day...
Bruce the shark came cruising past.
Poor Bubbles got the fright of his life...

He puffed up into the cutest little spiky balloon I'd ever seen. I couldn't stop smiling and somehow, you managed to capture the exact moment.
This painting is Bubbles' very first puff.
Now he puffs up every chance he gets. I reckon he's just showing off.
Me? Well... I've been doing it for years, so let's just say my puff comes a little more naturally these days. 😉
